Sunday Mornings

All children and youth are with the rest of the church family for the start of our 10.15 service and enjoy a fun and engaging children’s talk aimed specifically at them. Then they go to the church offices across the road with the leaders for their own age-appropriate activities and teaching.

You can contact our childrens worker for more details about any of the following programs.

Crèche (under 18 months)

During the 10:15 service. A chance for our youngest children to have supervised fun, playing with toys and singing songs with friends, whilst you are freed up to be part of the main church family meeting. We meet at the back of church and split between two rooms (Creche+ is the older more mobile children).

Note that the age split between Crèche, Creche+ and Tots is flexible - we will move children at some point between 18 months and 2 years, in consultation with parents and leaders.

Tots (18 months - 3yrs)

In Tots, we teach big truths to small children. Each week has the same pattern of activities and songs - we even have a CD to take home! There is always a simple Bible story or truth about Jesus to learn.

Scramblers (3-5s)

In Scramblers we have songs, games, and crafts to help us learn the Bible story for that week. Over the year we will be loving to learn and sing about Jesus.

Explorers (5-10s)

Explorers is a non-stop hour of fun and friends with Jesus at the centre. We all start the session together with an introduction to the lesson and a big game, then split up into age groups for teaching and discussion. Over the year we will look at all different sorts of Bible books to hear everything that God has to say to us.

Pathfinders (10+)

At Pathfinders we want to go deeper into studying the Bible, so that we can live for Jesus at school. We spend time reading, and discussing what God says and seeing how this changes the way we live. We do this in a relaxed atmosphere, with games and fun.

There's also the chance to meet on Friday evenings during term time for those at secondary school.
